Tree of Life was a very visually appealing movie. All of the colors, camera movements, and various types of shots made the film interesting to view. I thought that the way the story was told was very odd - starting with the children as adults and then going back to them being young. Brad Pitt and his wife had a very peculiar relationship, it seemed as if they did speak to each other until an hour into the movie. While I do think the movie was very strange, I think it did a great job of portraying the strains of the relationships that Brad Pitt's character had with those around him - wife, neighbors, children. I thought that the Biblical parallels (Job) were very interesting.
